Plug and Play
Our innovative conveyor systems are renowned for their user-friendliness and flexibility. The components are engineered according to the plug-&-play principle for the easiest possible installation and fast, simple configuration. This means Carryline systems can be very quickly put to use with no loss of quality.
As our customer, you carry out any adjustments yourself, expand your systems and if necessary, you can also install entirely new conveyor systems. You can also connect the system or its components to your existing production line. A Carryline conveyor system is easily modified and simple to adapt to your specific production line.
Plastic chain conveyors
Carryline’s flexible standard system is excellent for transporting products over long horizontal and vertical distances. A single drive unit is sufficient even on lines with multiple curves by this way you can minimize the amount of transfers.
Also, our standard conveyor systems are design to absorb a certain degree of accumulations, which means short production stoppages will not cause any problems.
Modular belt conveyors
When products is larger and heavier, Carryline builds conveyors using modular belts.
Modular belt conveyors are available in your desired width, and begin where our widest Carryline chain (220 mm) leaves off. Our modular belt conveyors are made in both aluminium and stainless steel and are custom made for your, unique project.
Customised
We take overall responsibility based on each customer’s wishes and requirement specifications. Carryline manages the project and builds and delivers complete spiral conveyor installations in both aluminium and stainless steel.
